The staff here were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, breakfast at the restaurant was lovely, and the bathroom was luxurious with a hot tub; also, the hotel's central location made it convenient for us.

Exceptionally good and delicious breakfast with seaview wow, contemporary atmosphere in the garden. Location adjacent to all Hotspots, a garden on many different levels and the venue being positioned very central to all locations.

We occurred trouble with our car battery and the owner went out of his way to personally assist us to solve the problem. The staff is also very friendly with lots of personality. Durban in general is not a good place

We had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in a lush tropical garden with stunning views of the Indian Ocean from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, which made for a bit of a climb on foot, but it was definitely worth it. The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet, nestled in a residential area with excellent security. The service at this place was top-notch, with housekeeping taking great care of us and the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to the in-house manager who provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. We also loved the leisure swimming pool and the sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

That the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, especially for longer stays. However, it was still delicious and satisfying.

The staff were incredible at Goble Palms. They were always there to help us with whatever we needed, whether it be ordering taxis, making cups of tea or making dinner reservations. The manager on duty Vincent was particularly great! This guest lodge is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed. We really appreciated all the antiques and the individualised rooms. I highly recommend this guest lodge!

Stylish place, it was tidy and had very friendly efficient and genuinely helpful staff on a special request to check-in early so I can get enough rest from my long travel. Loved a delicious and superb breakfast with super croissants. The location was absolutely perfect, at a walking distance from Kings Park Stadium.

Immaculate gardens, colonial feel, and charming owner. "Honesty bar" a plus. Can't recommend enough. If in the area, stay here.
